Sales and Marketing Digital Marketing Training - (OraDMT)
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in acquiring clients for our Digital Marketing Training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and marketing, with a passion for driving growth in the education and training sector.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and convert clients for digital marketing training.
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients, including individuals, businesses, and corporate organizations, and build strong relationships to drive enrollment.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to refine marketing and sales approaches.
- Marketing Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute digital and offline promotional campaigns that drive leads and conversions.
- Customer Engagement & Retention: Maintain strong relationships with clients and alumni, ensuring high satisfaction and referrals.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, particularly in education, training, or digital marketing services.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and ability to market training programs effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
